As we're drowned in an eternal night

Something comes loose, decides to take flight

The rain will fall without a sound

Even as it's droplets plummet the ground

  

Away my friend, away we fly

For there seems no where else to go

So we soar up high in the sky

Above the ground below

 

As we fly in the sky, we meet a gleaming light

Flying high across the sky, in and out of sight

We get distracted and attracted to the force which                 

Gave us a fright  

And we don't believe until we see that we are drowned
